1. A Shameless, Honest Pitch
Yes, the title is half-joking, but the intention behind it is 100% serious. I am actively looking for a job as a Junior Mobile Developer or Frontend Engineer, and I am not too proud to admit that I want an opportunity to prove myself.
In today's job market, everyone wants a senior developer who can architect distributed systems in their sleep. But senior developers were once juniors who were given a real chance by someone who believed in their work ethic.
Here is an honest breakdown of what I actually bring to the table if you bring me onto your team.
1. Zero Ego and a Huge Appetite to Learn
I do not arrive at your company pretending to know everything. I do not have strong, stubborn dogmas about why my favorite library is the only correct way to write code.
What I do have is genuine curiosity and the patience to listen. If your team uses a specific pattern, I will study it until I understand why it was built that way. If a senior engineer points out a flaw in my pull request, I will thank them for the feedback, fix the code immediately, and remember the lesson.
2. I Genuinely Love the Grunt Work
A lot of people only want to build shiny, greenfield features from scratch. But real software engineering is mostly about fixing edge-case bugs, optimizing clunky layouts, refactoring messy functions, and handling unexpected platform differences.
During my internship at Adisatya, I spent days debugging GPS permissions, handling broken camera previews on low-end Android handsets, and dealing with irregular network drops. I did not complain, because solving those ugly problems is where the real satisfaction comes from.
3. High Ownership and Reliability
When you assign me a task, you will never have to chase me down wondering if it is getting done. If I hit a roadblock that I cannot solve after reading the documentation and tracing the logs, I will ask for guidance with clear context: what I tried, what failed, and what I think the issue might be.
I show up on time, I take pride in the quality of what I ship, and I care deeply about the people who will actually use the app.
If your team needs someone hungry, dependable, and ready to grow into a strong engineer, my inbox is always open. Let's talk.
