Development History & Team Allocation

JDIH DPRD Kota Kediri was initiated as part of the regional legislative modernization program to establish an accessible, public-facing digital repository for regional regulations, decree documents, and judicial records. The platform was engineered collaboratively by a five-member engineering team. Within this division of labor, Krisna Hadi Prasetya was specifically tasked with the architectural design and implementation of the court decision (Putusan Pengadilan) management subsystem, alongside administrative archiving mechanisms and verification pipelines.

Document Archiving Architecture & Administrative Workflow

The administrative infrastructure is structured to facilitate end-to-end document lifecycles from ingestion to public dissemination. Legal administration officers can index judicial decisions with structured legal metadata, including formal docket numbers, hearing dates, jurisdictional categories, and full-text summaries. The storage layer applies automated MIME-type validation and integrity checks to safeguard legal records. For public consumers and researchers, the application provides structured multi-criteria filtering, allowing rapid retrieval across historical archives without performance degradation.

Reactive User Interface & Livewire Integration

To provide a responsive user experience while minimizing client-side overhead, the user interface leverages Laravel Livewire. This reactive architecture handles real-time search queries, dynamic archive categorization, and pagination state without triggering full document reloads. By managing state mutations on the server and delivering granular DOM diffs, the system achieves fast query responses even across high-volume judicial catalogs.
